What are You Feeling?

STOP!

What are you feeling right now???

What does that have to do with you weight?

We eat emotionally when we want to avoid feelings. So, here's the question...What do you want to avoid, and Why?

TIP: Talk to Yourself. When you are eating without being hungry, ask yourself, "what am i feeling?"

Frequently, my clients are not in touch with:

-Why they are eating...

-Whether they are hungry...

-And what is prompting their overeating.

Does this sound like you? When you find yourself going for more food, (hint: you are not necessarily hungry!) you should stop and be curious. That's all - just see if you can get in touch with what's going on. Notice that what comes up may surprise you - IF you are honest with yourself!

In my "Losing Weight, Gaining You" program, my clients get in touch with their feelings and learn how to change the way they feel, and deal with emotional eating. This helps them lose the weight...FOREVER!!!
